Hi, I’m Loni, also known as the Caribbean Cooking RD (Registered Dietitian) and I created this platform to bring you recipes (sweet, savory, beverages and everything in between) from the life of a Registered Dietitian. Currently, I work as a Clinical Dietitian with Morrison Healthcare in the acute care setting.
